Mint Irish Coffee Poptail

If you’ve followed us for a while you already know how much we LOVE our boozy concoctions. In the heat of summer, cooling down by the pool or back porch can’t get any easier or more delicious than with a Mint Irish Coffee Pop-tail.

Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur, brings boozy fun to your summertime popsicles with their smooth and creamy liqueur followed by a depth of indulgent flavors of oaked-aged Irish whiskey and real chocolate for an ultra-rich and exceptionally smooth taste.

Mint Irish Coffee Poptail


  • ¼ ounce Brancamenta
  • ½ ounce Irish whiskey
  • ½ ounce Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 ounce cold brew coffee


  1. Mix each pop individually in mixing cups
  2. Fill popsicle molds (silicone is best)
  3. Place in freezer for approximately 5 hours
  4. Remove from mold and consume immediately or place in freezer bag for later
