Did you catch Grilliant Ideas Radio Show this morning?

Grilliant Ideas was gracious enough to ask me to pop on and chat with them this morning and I am so very happy to have been a small part of their brilliant foodie radio show on this sunny Saturday. If you caught it…thank you so very much for tuning in…  If you didn’t catch it…here is the link….

Alaska Wild Adventures ~ George and Jill Davis and I are co-writing George’s life experiences and journey through the last frontier.  Please follow this link to The Outdoor Experience Journal where you will find a piece on George and Jill as well as the beautiful  photography styling of both Rich Fletcher of Rich’s Good Food Revolution and Rochelle *Rocky* Berry of Owl Feathers Wild Wreath.

The BarBeQueMan Larry Gerber ~ Larry and I are co-writing a cookbook aimed at fighting obesity ~ BBQ, Grill and Smoking recipes and techniques ~ cook with your kids and educate them while making healthy foods loaded with flavor.  Watch for Larry and Dez Clark’s “Eighty-Ate Grub Rub” marinades and sauces to debut sometimes in June and the cookbook to be available by Christmas (stocking stuffers for dad?  Oh yes….. )

InVision Outdoors ~ unfortunately we were not able to touch up on this on the radio show, however, Eric Dew has been kind enough to ask me to post delicious wild game recipes on their outdoor hunting forum.  You can also find them on Facebook ~
